Returns & Refunds 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact info@yanvexventures.online with your order number and reason for the request. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
